What is your return policy?

At our Hair Salon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns of unopened items for a store credit. Simply contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange for a return. All items must be in their original condition. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Once we receive your item, we will issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases.

What are your payment options?

At our hair salon, we offer a variety of payment options to make paying for our services as convenient as possible. We are happy to accept cash, Mastercard and Visa. We also accept payments through our online system so you can make payments quickly and securely from the comfort of your own home. Do you offer international shipping?

At our Hair Salon, we understand that customers may be located anywhere around the world. We are primarily a local business and as such, we do not offer international shipping. However, we do offer products from SeneGence which can be shipped directly to you if you live in an area where international shipping is available. Please contact us for more information and we will do our best to accommodate you.
